I enjoyed watching this video. Very insightful. These are my learners in the video and I have to find ways to incorporate their world into my environment. Just like Library 2.0, I have to be "user friendly" and "inviting".
Libraries have to keep up on a daily basis with the rapid deluge of information as it relates to their patrons and how best to relay the information to them.
And with things changing so much every day, keeping up is always going to be a challenge! Keep going! You're in the home stretch!
